新创业企业成长的典型路径

——基于大学生创业企业的多案例研究*

摘要：当前经济环境背景下，大学生创业越来越受到社会各界的普遍关注。本文基于创业动机、先前经验、商业模式等理论，运用多案例研究方法，将大学生创业企业成长路径分为两种类型，并分析其形成过程，总结了两种典型路径模式的特点。研究发现，大学生创业企业成长路径有两个关键点，即团队组成与创始人毕业，大学生创业企业在两个关键点上如果能获得相应的内外部支持，就可以实现创业企业健康发展或成功转型。

A Typical Path for the Growth of New Venture Enterprises

Abstract: Under the background of the current economic environment, more and more attention has been paid to the entrepreneurship of College students. In this paper, the entrepreneurial motivation, previous experience and business model based on the theory, using case study method, college students venture growth path is pided into two types, and analyzes its forming process, summarizes the characteristics of the two kinds of typical path model. The study found that college students venture enterprise growth path has two key points, namely the team composition and the founder of graduate students entrepreneurial enterprises in two key points can be obtained if the related internal and external support, you can achieve enterprise healthy development or transformation.
