创业团队信任的产生机制及其对团队绩效的影响

摘要:针对创业团队信任的研究较少,本研究以资源基础观为切入点,基于128个创业团队的经验数据,通过结构方程模型分析,探索创业团队信任的产生机制及其对团队绩效的影响机理。研究结果表明,创业团队成员的资源匹配度和文化-价值观匹配度对成员之间的信任关系和团队凝聚力有显著的正向影响;声誉匹配与创业团队信任是显著的正相关关系,但与团队凝聚力却是显著的负相关关系;创业团队信任与团队凝聚力是显著的正相关关系;创业团队信任发挥着部分中介作用。创业团队信任产生机制的阐明拓展了信任和创业的理论内涵和研究视角,其理论探讨和实证发现对创业者有重要的实践启示。

The Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Trust and Its Influence on Team Performance

Abstract: There is little research on the trust of the entrepreneurial team, based on the empirical data of 128 entrepreneurial teams, this research explores the mechanism of entrepreneurial team trust and its influence on team performance through structural equation model analysis. Research indicates: The matching degree of resource matching and culture - value matching of members of entrepreneurial team members have a significant positive effect on the trust relationship and team cohesion among members; There is a significant positive correlation between reputation matching and trust in entrepreneurial team, but it is a significant negative correlation with team cohesion; Entrepreneurial team trust and team cohesion are significant positive correlation; Entrepreneurship team trust to play a part of the intermediary role. The elaboration mechanism of the trust mechanism of the entrepreneurial team expands the theoretical connotation and the research perspective of trust and entrepreneurship, and its theoretical discussion and empirical discovery have important practical enlightenment to the entrepreneur.
